Institute Islamic Studies (IIS) is the first and only Islamic school in Chester, Pennsylvania. At IIS, we have a simple but meaningful goal to create an Islamic and safe environment for children to properly practice and learn their religion while cultivating their Muslim character. IIS is working hard to build leaders for tomorrow who will add to society by following and practicing the Quran and Sunnah in all facets of their lives.

We are a private low-cost school in a low-income city, and without the assistance of donors/supporters, the operation of this school would not be possible. May Allah bless and increase those who have helped and you, the donor, whose donations and support towards Islamic education cannot be measured on any worldly scale. If you areunable to make a cash donation we can never have to much dua, which is the highest currency.

Our Mission

IIS is working hard to build leaders for tomorrow who will add to society by following and practicing the Quran and Sunnah in all facets of their lives. IIS is committed to imparting on our students the knowledge and tools they need to succeed in this life and the hereafter. In both secular and Islamic Studies we are always inculcating upon them comprehension, mastery and application.

Our Students

IIS's student body is composed of boys and girls from different walks of life, cultures, and educational backgrounds. IIS students become part of a school family connected by striving to learn and compete in Quran & Sunnah and community involvement.

Certified and dedicated educators with US teaching degrees and degrees from Al-Azhar University. Our educators are committed to community and educating students through Quran and Sunnah for a better today and tomorrow.
